・ Salty soy sauce ・ ・ ・ 2 tbsp

How to make
1. Finely chop the garlic, cabbage, ginger and garlic and put in a mixing bowl with minced pork.
2. Put all the seasonings in the mixing bowl and knead for about 5 minutes to make it sticky.
3. Place the filling in the middle of the gyoza skin. Fold over the skin and make pleats.
4. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and line up the finished Gyoza. Pour 100cc of hot water and steam over high heat for about 5 minutes.

・ Knead the vegetables as they are without discarding the water.
For vegetarians
・ Minced pork can be replaced with tofu. At that time, press the water of the tofu with kitchen paper and squeeze it. My friend made oatmeal instead of minced pork.
・ If the oyster sauce is NG, don't add it!
