Oyster sauce ・ ・ ・ 2 tbsp
Sake ・ ・ ・ 1 tbsp
Salty soy sauce ・ ・ ・ 2 tbsp
Sesame oil ・ ・ ・ 1 tbsp
Salt ・ ・ ・ 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper ・ ・ ・ A little

How to make

1. Finely chop the garlic, cabbage, ginger and garlic and put in a mixing bowl with minced pork.

2. Put all the seasonings in the mixing bowl and knead for about 5 minutes to make it sticky.

3. Place the filling in the middle of the gyoza skin. Fold over the skin and make pleats.

For vegetarians
Minced pork can be replaced with tofu. At that time, press the water of the tofu with kitchen paper and squeeze it. My friend made oatmeal instead of minced pork.
If the oyster sauce is NG, don't add it!
